I’m a clinical psychologist with a doctorate from William James College, who has trained across inpatient and outpatient settings. My background includes intensive work with Veterans, individuals who hear or see things others don’t, and people recovering from trauma who want to feel more present and grounded in their lives. In my clinical work, I’ve seen how coping strategies that once helped us survive can become limiting or even harmful over time. In therapy, we look at these patterns together with clarity and compassion, and we build new, effective ways of coping that support the life you’re trying to create.
